Does Aquarias offer returns or refunds?

We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously. Aquarias does not offer exchanges or returns on any products, unless it arrives to you incorrect, damaged and/or broken. In such cases, please send a photo of the damaged items and include proof of purchase (i.e receipts, proof of transaction, etc) to hello.aquarias@gmail.com within 24 hours and we will be in contact with you very soon!
